Return Policy

Due to the nature of health supplements, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used or tampered with.

Returns are only accepted if:

* The product is unopened
* The product remains in its original sealed packaging
* The product is returned within 14 days of delivery
* Prior return authorization has been obtained from DGII

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

* Opened products
* Used products
* Damaged products caused by misuse
* Products without original packaging
* Promotional or clearance items
* Products returned after 14 days

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

DGII is not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

* Incorrect item shipped
* Manufacturing defect
* Product damaged during shipping
* Error made by DGII

Orders That Cannot Be Refunded

* The product has been opened or consumed.
* The parcel was refused by the customer.
* The customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
* Customs authorities rejected the shipment due to local import restrictions.
* The parcel was abandoned or unclaimed by the customer.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return Policy.
