Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking number.

We partner with reputable international courier services including DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or equivalent courier services, depending on the destination country.

Customs & Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products may be legally imported into their destination country.

Import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that many countries permit the import of supplements only for personal use and may impose quantity restrictions.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

DGII is not responsible for deliveries that fail due to:

* Incorrect address
* Incomplete address
* Incorrect postal code
* Refusal to accept delivery
* Failure to collect parcels from customs or courier

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped parcels.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

* Outer packaging
* Product packaging
* Shipping label
* Damaged items

We will investigate the matter and assist accordingly.
